Ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene, also known as ETFE, is one of the strongest fluorine plastics with good mechanical properties, weather resistance, flame retardant, gas barrier properties and chemical resistance. In addition to the similar properties like other fluorine resins, it also shows good radiation resistance, strong adhesion with metal surface, and is lighter than other fluorinated materials. ETFE products are divided into three forms: powder, liquid and particle, which can be processed by spraying, rolling coating, extrusion, injection molding and other processing technologies. Moulding parts includes lining, thin film, tube, wires, etc. and can be widely applied in chemical industry, agriculture, architecture, electronics, automobile and so on.
In order to enhance the adhesion of the ETFE coating to the substrate, Dongyue ETFE primer products with strong adhesion was launched, which simple operation, uniform and stable performance. At present, the primer products are divided into liquid primer ET620YBK and powder ET620PBK.  Liquid primer is applied to various working conditions in open spaces that are easy to operate, and powder primer is suitable for working conditions in narrow spaces that are difficult to operate.
